Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- New Zealand: 7-14 business days after dispatch
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Freshness & Packaging Our treats are handmade with love and packed carefully to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.

🎂 Celebration Cakes
All celebration cakes are made fresh to order and cannot be purchased directly through the cart. To place a cake order, please complete our Cake Order Enquiry Form on the Contact page.
We require a minimum of 7 days notice for all cake orders.
We deliver cakes Australia-wide via Express Post. Cakes are carefully packaged in double-walled boxes with secured cake boards to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Cake delivery timeframes:
- Queensland & nearby states: 1-2 business days via Express Post
- All other states: 2-3 business days via Express Post
Please note: once a cake order is confirmed and baking has commenced, we are unable to offer refunds. If your cake arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
